Key Account Manager in E-commerce business

About this role Key Accout manager will manage the local customer relationships in Poland for a given portfolio of Przesylkownia customers. The role is focused on managing the accounts and drive profitable revenue contribution and increased market share from products, service and logistics solution offerings. Besides selling and managing customers relationships locally you will experience intensive collaboration within various international teams being responsible for given customers in Europe.

What will you do here?

  • Experienced hunter with focus on new customer acquisitions
  • Drive account planning, pipeline management and strategy development on given portfolio of Przesylkownia accounts in Poland with alignment to global account teams and strategy to maximize revenue growth
  • Maximizes internal network within Przesylkownia to get results for customers and to ensure effective problem resolution and problem management
  • Introduces new innovations and concepts to key decision makers within the customer through relationship and stakeholder management of CEO’s and Sales Directors within all key clients
  • Oversees new products, services and logistic solutions
